Following a competitive tendering process Renown Property was awarded to job of converting 2 floors of open plan space into a Business Centre consisting of 12 seperate offices, 2 boardrooms and 2 kitchens.

Scope of works included:

​

• Layout design and specification

• Build new 30 minute fire rated walls including oak veneered FD30 doors and new skirting

• Redecoration throughout

• New perimeter trunking with power & CAT5e data including CAT6e link between floors

• Electrical works including LED lighting upgrade, fuseboard upgrades, door entry systems, A/C timers for each room, fire alarm modifications & AV installations

• Supply/ install new kitchen 

• Supply/ install blinds

• Suspended ceiling modifications

• Supply/ install acoustic batts above walls on ground floor and acoustic ceiling to first floor

• Furniture supply/ install

• Car park line marking removal and installation

• Full interior and exterior clean including jet washing.
